Key objectives • Be responsible for the proposal of marketing plans on the assigned group of brand(s) in which strategy and action plan are described and take lead in the execution of marketing plans to deliver commercial targets. • Ensure effective liaison with Sales and Operation departments, budget conformation and frequent update of data analysis to deliver business objectives. Job Responsibilities • Propose strategies and consumer & shopper marketing plans for the assigned brand(s) • Be responsible to drive brand equity • Coordinate with Sales depts to deliver winning portfolio (pricing, barrier breaking renovation and innovation) • Coordinate with Sales depts to deliver maximised distribution, perfect visibility and effective promotions • Gather and analyse data to produce insights to recommend commercial actions. • Ensure OTIF execution of the marketing plan and operational activities in collaboration with cross functions. • Manage marketing budget and expenditures. • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
• Education: Undergraduate level qualifications • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing • Skills: good problem solving; stakeholder management; project management skills, etc..
