Job Overview And Responsibility

As a Product Manager at Filum, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the product vision for our AI-driven customer experience and service management solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex market needs and customer insights into impactful products, always striving to deliver exceptional value and going the extra mile to exceed stakeholder expectations. - Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for our AI-driven customer experience and service management products. - Collect and analyze key product metrics to assess release success and plan iterations. - Translate market trends and customer feedback into a compelling product vision, leveraging AI technologies. - Collaborate with project leadership to understand client business processes and objectives. - Gather functional and technical requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. - Serve as a subject matter expert in customer experience and service management, breaking down processes into manageable steps. - Participate in collaboration sessions with customers to create practical solutions to their challenges, particularly through the use of AI. - Identify dependencies and remove impediments to ensure timely deliverables. - Communicate effectively with business and technical resources, both on-site and remotely. - Manage stakeholder expectations and align them with the product roadmap. - Organize the product roadmap and backlog for easy review and feedback. - Balance customer needs with strategic roadmap decisions to ensure timely delivery of features.

Required Skills and Experience

- Over 5 years of experience in systems, platforms, applications, or cloud services. - Proven track record in delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile methods. - Skilled in white-boarding, diagramming, and modeling. - Proficient at documenting system-level requirements, services, and integration points. - Quick to understand complex business problems, earning trust from project sponsors. - Effective communication with customers, business, and technology stakeholders. - Strong at casting project vision and motivating teams to achieve goals. - Natural leader with an analytical and logical mindset. - Experienced or highly interested in AI technologies for customer experience and service management. - Expert at managing stakeholder expectations and aligning with product roadmaps. - Skilled in organizing roadmaps and backlogs for timely delivery and review.
