Job Overview And Responsibility

- Trực tiếp đảm nhận và hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu doanh số cá nhân/ nhóm theo kế hoạch hàng tháng/ quý. - Quản lý và điều phối các hoạt động hằng ngày của phòng Kinh doanh (từ 3 thành viên trở lên), đảm bảo hiệu quả và tính kỷ luật trong công việc. - Giám sát toàn bộ quy trình tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng và hoàn tất giao dịch, đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy trình chuẩn. - Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên mới và nhân viên hiện tại về kỹ năng tư vấn, xử lý tình huống và kiến thức sản phẩm. - Phối hợp với bộ phận Marketing để tiếp nhận và xử lý thông tin khách hàng. - Theo dõi và phân tích hiệu suất công việc của từng thành viên, xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch cải thiện. - Tham gia xây dựng các hướng dẫn, quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn cho đội nhóm. - Thường xuyên báo cáo kết quả bán hàng, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi và hiệu quả làm việc của đội ngũ cho ban lãnh đạo cấp cao. - Đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh và tinh thần làm việc của đội nhóm.

Required Skills and Experience

- Tốt nghiệp đại học (ưu tiên chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Quản trị, Giáo dục, Truyền thông hoặc các ngành liên quan). - Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng nhóm trong ngành Giáo dục hoặc Công nghệ giáo dục (EdTech). - Thành thạo tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh (giao tiếp, email, báo cáo), có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường quốc tế. - Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo vững, biết cách tạo động lực cho nhóm, tư duy kinh doanh rõ ràng và tập trung vào kết quả. - Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt, thái độ tích cực và chủ động. - Thành thạo các công cụ văn phòng (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, v.v.) để theo dõi và báo cáo hiệu suất.
