The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring the overall success of the project. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities: - Accountable to lead your team to deliver projects from discovery to successful delivered the committed scope that meet stakeholder expectation within defined timeline and meet Definition of Done (DoD) - Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals and deliverables - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including but not limited to timelines, milestones and resource allocations with required documentation. - Monitor project progress and manage changes to project scope, timeline and costs. - Proactively manage project risk and dependencies - Provide accurate reporting and conduct regular update to stakeholders on project status, risks, issues and dependencies - Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments - Build and maintain collaborative communication in the project both in relation to both internal stakeholders and external ones. - Ensure adherence to iTech Agile Way of Working , standards, and best practices - Contribute in continuous improvement to enhance way of working, standards, DoD and best practices
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Banking/Finance, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. - Minimal of 5 years experience in Project Management, ideally within banking and finance sector - Experienced in training and coaching Scrum for teams. - Proficient in Project management and collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Teams..) - Excellent interpersonal skills and professional skills, ability to simultaneously “see the big picture” and manage the details daily. - Creative problem-solver, able to prioritize issues and resolve them efficiently with flexibility and responsiveness in handling changing priorities - Experience and interest in supporting new business initiatives, especially in a banking/finance environment. - Advanced English in oral and written forms and working with global colleagues and stakeholders. - Able to travel to work when required.
Master/ Bachelor degree in Banking/ Finance/ Project Management or other Project Management certifications (PMP , PRINCE 2..) Agile certifications (SAFe crtifications, Scrum.org certifications, Scrum Alliance certifications…)
