I. Scope of Responsibilities: • Design training programs that incorporate modern technology and align with current learning trends. • Advise the Training Center Director on the implementation of training and employee development activities across the company. II. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with departments to identify training needs. • Develop and design training programs tailored to different roles and teams. • Coordinate the creation of training materials (slides, handouts, e-learning, videos, etc.). • Organize and facilitate training activities. • Implement post-training evaluation tools, collect feedback, and continuously improve programs. • Support the development of competency frameworks for specific roles or groups. • Maintain organized training documentation and materials. • Select and coordinate with internal trainers or external partners as needed. • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors. III. Authority: • Authorized to manage training schedules and resources within approved plans. • Work directly with department heads to execute training programs. • Consult and collaborate with training partners, instructors, and platform providers.
Education: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Education, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Training. • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or hands-on coaching is a plus. Skills: • Proficiency in designing and implementing practical training programs. • Strong ability in developing training content, e-learning, and using LMS platforms. • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. • Analytical thinking, system mindset, and continuous improvement attitude. • Able to measure and evaluate training effectiveness. • Ability to transform SOPs/processes into visual or video-based training content.
