Job Overview And Responsibility

- Provide administrative support to the HR team as assigned. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Join interviews with hiring managers and take notes as needed. - Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and outcomes. - Track and manage incoming CVs and maintain candidate databases. - Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms. - Support onboarding activities and documentation. - Help organize HR-related events and activities. - Perform other HR-related tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience

- Is available to onboard after the offer - IT Savvy: Familiarity with technology and digital tools. - Fluent in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Microsoft 365 Suite: Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
