About the Role As the Head of Partnerships, you will lead the charge in forging and managing strategic relationships that accelerate growth and expand our platform’s global impact. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our business development strategy and building alliances that align with our mission to revolutionize AI and Web3. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Relationship Building: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with blockchain ecosystems, tech companies, and key Web3 stakeholders. - Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a partnership roadmap that supports platform adoption, community growth, and user engagement. - Cross-Industry Collaborations: Drive collaborations across multiple industries, including AI, blockchain, and decentralized ecosystems. - Maximize Partner Value: Work closely with internal teams to deliver measurable results for our partners and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Innovative Initiatives: Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem. - Performance Tracking: Measure partnership success through data-driven KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 5+ years in partnership management, business development, or similar roles (preferably in Web3, AI, or tech). - Network: Strong connections within the Web3, AI, and blockchain ecosystems. - Visionary Leadership: Ability to identify high-value opportunities and turn them into impactful collaborations. - Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with partners at all levels. - Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Web3, tokenomics, and decentralized technologies is a strong plus. - Ability to fluently use English.
