About the Role We’re looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our global marketing strategy and establish our brand as a leader in the AI and Web3 space. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, innovative company at a pivotal moment in our journey. Key Responsibilities - Develop and Execute Strategy: Create and implement a global marketing strategy that amplifies our brand, drives user acquisition, and ensures a successful TGE launch. - Build Brand Authority: Position the platform as a thought leader in AI and Web3 innovation through content, partnerships, and strategic campaigns. - Lead Growth Initiatives: Design and execute campaigns to expand our reach, build engagement, and grow our community globally. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with venture partners, exchanges, and ecosystem stakeholders to maximize marketing impact. - Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to optimize ROI and marketing outcomes. - Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to execute strategies at scale. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of TGE, tokenomics, and blockchain ecosystems is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: Proven track record as a marketing leader, ideally 3+ YOE in Web3, blockchain, AI, or fast-growing tech companies. - Vision: The ability to craft and communicate a compelling narrative that resonates with global audiences. - Strategic Thinker: Expertise in growth marketing, branding, and product launches in highly competitive industries. - Community Builder: Experience in fostering vibrant online communities, with knowledge of Web3 audience dynamics. - Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset to measure success and inform decision-making. - Ability to use English fluently.
