- Identify opportunities and work directly with user platforms to bring Chơi Ngay games onto their systems - Deeply understand partner user profiles to build tailored strategies for game discovery, user onboarding, and player retention - Coordinate content promotion, events, and campaigns to drive game interaction within the platform - Analyze performance data (e.g. CTR, play rate, retention, revenue) and user behavior across genres to identify high-potential growth areas - Proactively recommend and test creative solutions to improve conversion from users to gamers - Act as the main point of contact between internal product/content/UA teams and the partner’s operational team - Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships focused on long-term value
- Strong analytical thinking and data curiosity – comfortable with KPIs like retention, ARPU, DAU, engagement rate - Passionate about gaming and curious about different game genres, user behavior, and monetization strategies - Excellent communication and coordination skills (English required) - Self-driven, organized, and proactive – you enjoy ownership and moving things forward - Young, open-minded, and eager to learn from data, users, and teammates
