Job Overview And Responsibility

• Utilize your expertise to review business requirements, design, and implement solutions following architectural guidelines (secure, high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple) • Proactively provide recommendations of innovative solutions for clients’ projects • Lead, mentor, and coach developers on best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit testing, testing, and deployment • Identify new technologies to enhance development practices • Conduct interviews and work directly with foreign customers

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development (websites, web apps, applications, etc.) • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English to effectively work in an international environment • Excellent knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS (SASS, LESS, Critical), and JavaScript • Strong experience building web applications using frameworks and libraries such as ReactJS, VueJS, or Angular/AngularJS • Experience with backend frameworks like Django, NodeJS, etc. • Strong leadership skills, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred skills and experiences

• Experience in designing systems on Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or On-premise for various systems • In-depth understanding of deploying large-scale systems, Distributed Systems, Microservices, Cloud, Kubernetes (K8S), etc. • Preferred experience in integrating multiple systems using standards like ESB, WSO2, etc. • Proficiency in creating C4 models, UML, and detailed system models is a plus • Ability to directly receive inquiries from clients and analyze and discuss with stakeholders for clarification • Proactive in suggesting creative solutions and improvements for company projects, even without existing problems
