Finance / Accounting Business Development Sale Sales Management
- Marketing & selling Fesco services to create competitive advantages for Fesco in the market. - Actively engage potential customers through phone calls, emails, and meetings. - Collaborate with the trade manager to obtain requested rates from customers. - Maintain regular sales calls and report weekly to the sales manager. - Monitor market rates and competitor services, providing updates to the sales team. - Follow up on secured shipments, ensuring timely resolution of any issues, particularly for export shipments from Russia. - Oversee the entire process of export shipments, including placing orders, sending instructions for draft bills, and updating customers on any additional charges. - Generate more CIF cargoes for Fesco. - Weekly sales report. - Arranging booking orders on my.fesco.com for exporting & importing shipments. Investigating, gathering & summarizing market data & trends for the reports. - Implementing new sales plans & advertising / exhibition.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, in the shipping industry. - Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, especially for the Russian market. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate shipments efficiently. - Proficiency in using logistics software systems (e.g., myFESCO) and Microsoft Office. - Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
