Job Overview And Responsibility

- Primary owner of partnerships and product promotion locally in Taiwan - Pursuing leads of new local associates and getting them on - board - Ensuring associate tie-ups with the Company grows over a period of time and the Company becomes their preferred partner of choice in study abroad - Meeting associates on a regular basis, coordinating and maintaining good relationships with them and resolving their queries - Training associates on the Company’s systems and processes; ensuring adherence todefined SOPs - Ensuring smooth coordination between associates and the Operations team - Responsible for monthly intake targets of applications and payments - Researching, planning, and implementing new local initiatives (fairs, meetups, University rep visits etc.) - Establishing the Company’s brand across local educational institutes, tuition centres, education groups etc.

Required Skills and Experience

- Based in Taiwan - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Have at least 5 years of experience in the study abroad segment - Experience in B2B sales segment - Have a good network with Agents and a background from Master Agent - Qualified as a graduate/ postgraduate or equivalent with the knowledge of good computer skills - Have a good personality, a positive attitude & the ability to manage a team - Role will involve extensive travel
