Job Overview And Responsibility

- Hoạch định chiến lược kinh doanh và phát triển thị trường cho các dòng sản phẩm của tổ chức - Nghiên cứu xu hướng thị trường, hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh, đưa ra kế hoạch kinh doanh, kế hoạch phát triển hệ thống kênh phân phối offline - Triển khai thiết lập hệ thống DMS kiểm soát và phát triển hệ thống phân phối - Triển khai các hoạt động chiến lược kinh doanh, các chương trình để thu hút khách hàng, từ các khâu tiền bán hàng đến khuyến mãi, hậu mãi, các chiến lược về chăm sóc khách hàng sau bán hàng, đảm bảo đạt mục tiêu KPI đã đề ra

Required Skills and Experience

- Nam/Nữ, tốt nghiệp các ngành quản trị kinh doanh hoặc kinh tế Đại học hệ chính quy - Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương - Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống quản lý kênh phân phối-phần mềm DMS và kinh nghiệm làm việc với các mặt hàng công nghiệp, vật liệu xây dựng - Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, triển khai, theo dõi việc thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh theo định kỳ và dài hạn - Có khả năng thu hút, tổ chức, quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển nhân viên - Có kỹ năng xử lý tình huống, giải quyết vấn đề và giao tiếp hiệu quả
