Job Overview And Responsibility

- Drive the implementation and compliance of IT policy for network and firewall architecture. - Assist in security incidents and provide expertise in remediation efforts. - Research the latest industry practices and technologies as well as emerging threats and vulnerabilities. - Install, configure and support network and firewall infrastructure. - Develop requirements for firewall rule implementation including source and destination IPs, Ports, Transport Protocol. - Identifying root cause of incidents and making appropriate recommendations to avoid future failure. - Being proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service quality. - Participate in network related vulnerabilities testing and drill. - Participate in IT audit and DRP. - Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time, where applicable.

Required Skills and Experience

- Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering/Computer Studies - Familiar with LAN and WAN technologies - 3+ years of experience - Proficient in Firewall (Palo Alto/Fortinet), IDS/IPS, Remote Access and general network security concepts - Familiar with DNS, NAC (Clearpass), monitoring tools - Service-oriented, interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment - Experience in one or more Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google, etc. for a wide range of services - Familiar with Palo Alto SASE solutions - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Fluent English communications - Certifications in Palo Alto would be an advantage
