In order for us to continue providing the best experience for our ever-growing user and customer base, we are looking for a Customer Success who helps us take good care of companies and recruiters/headhunters. - Keep employers informed at all times and provide answers to any questions regarding Aniday. Helping collaboration between employers and recruiters/headhunters to achieve placements. - Work with employers to understand their recruiting demand. - Responsible for customer satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships of trust with employers and recruiters/headhunters through open and interactive communication. - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file legal documents - Go the extra mile to engage customers during the use of Aniday platform - Remind employers of updating interview results and consult them to help attract more referrals - Receive and resolve inquiries from recruiters/headhunters - Support candidates referred from Aniday during the interview process until the end of their probation - Support in screening and assessing candidates’ capacity (especially for IT candidates)
- Age: From 1999 or younger - Bachelor in Humane Resources, Business Administration, … or related fields - At least 1 year of related working experience, with experience in technology startups - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite - Able to communicate with clients in English (speaking & writing) - Able to keep track of the Customer Service requests. - Great communication and documentation skills required - Have laptop for working. PERSONAL QUALITIES: - Teamwork eagerness. - Good communication both inside and outside the team. - Responsibility, self-motivation, independence. - Ability to meet goals on time with less supervision - Ability to work under pressure - Be comfortable wearing many hats as we adapt to meet our audience’s needs - Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible. - Customer-centric mindset and lean approach will be highly valuable.
