Job Overview And Responsibility
- Coordinate with internal departments to process client fund deposits and withdrawals. - Prepare and submit payment instructions via bank transfer upon request. - Share and update receivables and payables information with relevant teams. - Support account opening and perform KYC procedures for clients. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports related to fees, fund movements, and other financial data. - Generate management reports as requested. - Perform other assigned tasks as discussed during the interview.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting. - Honest, detail-oriented, and highly accurate in work. - Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving. - Organized, efficient, and able to approach tasks with a structured, results-driven mindset. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software. - Good command of English.
