Negotiation Sale Sales Management
- Achieving sales target(monthly/quarterly/annually) - Finding/Engaging prospects and customers to convince them of the value on our solutions - Managing and maturing opportunities and record stages in a CRM system - Passing the qualified opportunities to New sales manager - Working as part of the team to bring right resources in each customer engagement - Showing “can do” attitude both for the customer and for the company - Ability to pick up new skills quickly and take the challenges - Displaying to listen to customers’ requirements and collaborating with partners to offer the optimised solution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained - 5+ years of experiences in selling/offering Cloud services/solutions - Track record as sales or business development manager - Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders - Strong Team player as well as a proactive individual contributor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience working with and managing external partners/customers - Having a consulting background is valuable because it demonstrates your experience in working with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
