Job Overview And Responsibility
• Package enterprise software using MSI, App-V, and MSIX technologies. • Test and validate packages for functionality, compliance, and compatibility. • Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues using tools like Procmon, Regshot, etc. • Deploy packages via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune. • Create documentation and ensure traceability throughout the software packaging lifecycle. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather requirements and deliver updates.
Required Skills and Experience
• 4+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years in application packaging. • Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 OS, Windows Registry, services, and permissions. • Proficient in MSI, App-V, MSIX formats and tools (Orca, Admin Studio, etc.). • Experience deploying packages via MECM and Intune. • Comfortable scripting in PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch. • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
