Job Description We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator with strong experience in managing both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of server systems and network environments, with a key focus on Microsoft Azure & Redhat Openshift. - Manage, install, configure, and maintain server systems (Windows/Linux) to ensure stable and secure operations. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Possess knowledge of network system management and other security devices. - Provide IT-related support to users and departments across the organization. - Develop and implement security policies, data backup, and recovery plans. - Manage cloud computing resources with a focus on Azure, Office365 and Redhat Openshift. - Update and maintain technical documentation related to IT systems. - Work with vendors to resolve issues related to hardware, software, and services. - Collaborate with developers and business analysts in the IT department to deploy company applications following the SDLC process.
Education, no. of year experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in deploying and operating infrastructure on the cloud, with a preference for Azure and OpenShift. Technical skills: - Microsoft Azure: Experience with Azure VM, VNet, NSG, Azure AD, Azure Backup, Storage Account, Azure Monitor, etc. - Container & Orchestration: Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift. - Experienced in implementing CI/CD pipelines and working with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform. - Proficient in operating systems: Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS). - Scripting skills: capable of writing scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with development teams. - Demonstrates a modern infrastructure mindset, with the initiative to research and adopt emerging technologies.

- Relevant Cloud or Container certifications such as: Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift, CKAD/CKA, etc. - Experience in implementing Hybrid Cloud models, including integration between on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments. - Hands-on experience in database administration: MSSQL, MySQL, DB2 — especially when deployed on cloud platforms. - Knowledge of SAN systems, enterprise backup solutions, or infrastructure security is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and in a team.
