Job Overview And Responsibility
Manage and operate the WordPress dev team working on foreign projects. Receive and clarify requirements directly with customers. Ensure the quality and progress of the project. Monitor, supervise, and support the team to meet KPI targets. Set direction and develop strategies for team growth.
Required Skills and Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Knowledgeable and at least 2 years of experience working with WordPress projects. Motivated to learn independently and improve work quality. Ability to work independently and in teams. Always meet deadlines and take responsibility for assigned work. Good English reading and comprehension skills. Experience working on foreign projects.
