Who YOU are and what YOU can become: You’re a high performing SAP Project Systems (PS) Analyst who has over 5 years of SAP PS implementation and support experience, with an understanding of the importance of connecting different process areas together. Do you have experience and desire of working with end users and assisting them in moving the business forward? Then this is the place for you to grow and expand your horizons. What YOU will do: As a Project Systems Analyst you would be expected to bring your years of experience and provide support to the end users within the Business Units which are utilizing SAP. You need to be comfortable with end user interactions and in supporting those sites which are still on ECC as well as the S/4 Business Unit. You would need a firm grasp on MRO activities and how to build Projects within PS with their associated Work Breakdown structures. In addition, you will need to know how to create Functional Design and Detail Design Spec’s (FDS / DDS), perform 1on1 training, lead user testing of enhancement requests, and provide day to day support. The following is a brief listing of skills and other responsibilities that will make you successful in this position. - Design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production ready Project Systems solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly. - Enjoy being part of a team that delivers enterprise-wide SAP Transformational Solutions. - Understanding of migrating your own transports between environments. - Experience utilizing Asset Management functionality and processes and its link to PS. - Strong organization and communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. - Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer interaction skills. - Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix. - Proven ability to analyse complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and drive projects to successful completion.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of SAP PS experience and ideally having completed a minimum of 2 full life cycle S/4HANA implementations. - Must have good cross functional knowledge in finance, procurement and materials management. - Experience with PS in SAP ECC and/or S4HANA. - Knowledge and usage experience with Fiori tiles is an added benefit. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, production planning or related field required; a combination of education and experience may also be considered. Advanced degree a plus. - Experience working on projects using SAP’s ASAP or Activate methodology and thereby gained experience in understanding requirements, project planning, and the importance of end-to-end solutions. - Experience implementing and supporting multiple facilities in a dispersed geographical area. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required. - Competent in maintaining End User documentation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including problem analysis, testing and test case development, and UAT support. - Excellent communications and interpersonal skills including writing end user documentation and training materials. - Good experience in utilizing PS functionality and understand the touch points to MM, PP, PM, Procurement, and Finance. - Ability to create comprehensive documentation for implemented ERP solutions, configuration maintenance, and process changes.

Preferred skills and experiences
- 5+ plus years configuring and supporting PS module activities ideally in a manufacturing environment. - Ability to lead requirements and design sessions. - APICS certification is a plus. - Exposure to, or experience in; manufacturing execution systems and reporting from them, Asset Management and reporting, Plant Maintenance functionality.
