### Digital Transformation Project Management and Collaboration - Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's digital strategy and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows and processes. ### IT Systems Management and Access Management - Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of all IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Lead the response to system alerts, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems promptly to minimize downtime. - Manage the issuance, renewal, and deactivation of employee ID cards, ensuring compliance with security protocols. - Provide technical support to end-users regarding system and access-related queries, including assistance with ID card provisioning. - Develop and implement security measures and protocols to protect IT systems and data, keeping abreast of industry best practices and compliance requirements. - Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies. ### Vendor Management - Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, adherence to contractual agreements, and resolution of any issues or disputes. - Evaluate vendor performance and conduct periodic reviews to assess their effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives. ### Data Analytics and Performance Measurement - Lead teams to utilize data analytics tools and techniques to assess the impact and effectiveness of digital projects, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending improvements for enhanced outcomes. - Leverage data analytics to assess the impact of digital initiatives, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and innovation. ### Technology Solutions Evaluation and Integration - Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that support digital transformation goals, including software, systems, and tools, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. - Collaborate with various departments, including IT, HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing workflows and processes. ### Change Management and Training Development - Facilitate communication and change management processes to drive technology adoption across the organization, ensuring successful implementation and user acceptance. - Develop training programs and resources to empower employees to effectively use new digital tools and systems, fostering a culture of digital literacy and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field - 10 to 12 years of experience in managerial position (Team of at least 5 team members) - 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience in digital transformation - 5+ years of experience with ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, S4Hana) experience in a manufacturing company with a scale of at least 800+ employees (steel manufacturing is much preferred) - Must possess strong business acumen and expertise in business processes automation - Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey digital transformation strategies, findings, and updates to diverse stakeholders - Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles encountered during digital initiatives
