Job Overview And Responsibility
- Oversee preclinical experimental workflows including target validation, hit expansion, and pharmacological profiling. - Lead assay development and optimization for primary and secondary screening. - Coordinate in vitro ADME, cytotoxicity, and mechanism-of-action studies. - Manage outsourced in vivo pharmacology studies in collaboration with CROs or academic labs. - Interpret preclinical data to guide structure-activity relationship (SAR) decisions and compound prioritization. - Contribute to project documentation, data reports, patent filings, and scientific publications. - Ensure experimental quality control and regulatory alignment for downstream development.
Required Skills and Experience
- Master or PhD degree in Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related disciplines. - Track record of publications in industry-relevant scientific journals or conferences - Proven experience in drug discovery, especially in hit-to-lead or lead optimization. - Familiarity with assay development, compound screening, and data interpretation. - Understanding of pharmacokinetics, toxicology, and structure-activity relationships. - Excellent project management, scientific writing, and cross-functional communication skills. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
