Job Overview And Responsibility
Accounting Supervisor is a professional responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of a company’s financial records, transactions, and compliance with regulations. Job Responsibilities: 1. Make daily transactions correctly and on time. 2. Monthly closure reports on time and correct 3. Assist the Internal and external auditing 4. Work directly with other departments to handle daily issues that arise in production and business such as using invoices, liquidating contracts, bidding documents, guarantee documents... 5. Monitor the recovery progress of rising sales debts, overdue debts, and bad debts. 6. Detects and prevents violations of accounting laws.
Required Skills and Experience
1. Strong ability to work both independently and in a team. 2. Strong inter-personal skills and able to relate with employees at all levels 3. Diligent, hardworking, able to handle high-pressure situations. 4. Honest and integrity 5. Logical, careful and good analysis 6. Proficient in Chinese language skills (both reading and writing) & Good in English 7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Accounting System 8. 5 years’ relevant professional work experience
