职位概述与职责
- Study and understand our current business to identify potential areas where AI can be applied. - Design the scalable, HA agentic AI system. - Develop, implement and deploy AI solutions to solve real-world business problems. - Monitor & optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability and reliability. - Collaborate with the AI team and software engineers to build, integrate, and maintain AI models in production systems. - Integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - Optimize performance and cost for our system. - Work collaboratively with software developers to ensure successful deployment of AI services. - Communicate results and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning and AI application architectures. - Training and coaching for junior members.
任职要求与经验
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer vision, artificial intelligence, machine learning or related field. - 5+ years of experience software development - 5+ years in AI engineering and Computer Vision - Strong experience in Engineering, Computer Vision, and Research - Solid understanding of core AI concepts: reasoning, planning, RAG, multi-agent systems. - Strong experience in AI Evaluation. - Strong Python, FastAPI programming skills. - Strong experience in cloud computing (AWS services such as SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS…etc). - Familiar with microservices, event driven architectures. - Familiar with setup a data pipeline with cost efficiency and security in mind. - Experience with AI tools and technologies, such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MCP, and scikit-learn. - Must have experience with using AI in your daily work, from learning, research to architecture, coding, testing and documenting. Familiar with Claude Code. - Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and integrate AI solutions to SaaS systems. - Familiar with software engineering practices, such as version control, testing, and deployment. - Ability to quickly learn and understand new business domains and identify potential areas for AI applications. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Good in English communication.
