职位概述与职责
- Cooperate with the marketing team to support project acquisition, collect and analyze customer technical inputs, prepare project proposals, BOM lists and other technical documents, conduct customer communication and product promotion, and support project quotation and customer sourcing confirmation. ↳ 1. 配合市场部获取项目，收集和识别客户输入，制作项目方案、BOM 表等，与客户进行交流及推广，支撑项目报价及定点 - Take charge of the new product development of steering intermediate shafts. Responsible for customer requirement docking, technical review, design scheme formulation, and verification plan preparation. Communicate with suppliers to confirm part development status, track and resolve problems occurring in bench tests, vehicle mounting and road tests at customer sites. ↳ 2. 负责转向中间轴新项目开发，和客户对接输入需求、技术评审、设计方案制作、验证计划编制、和供应商沟通零件状态、跟踪解决试验及客户处装车/ 路试等问题。 - Compile and organize complete APQP documents for all assigned projects in accordance with automotive industry standards. ↳ 3. 所负责项目相关的APQP 资料的编制与整理。 - Research, develop and apply new product structures, new technologies and new materials for steering intermediate shaft products. ↳ 4. 产品新结构/ 新技术/ 新材料/ 开发及应用。 - Provide technical support for VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) optimization and new supplier introduction and qualification work. ↳ 5. VAVE / 新供应商引入等相关技术支持工作。 - Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to tackle and resolve complex product technical and quality problems. ↳ 6. 与内部团队一起进行产品疑难问题攻关。
任职要求与经验
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines (full-time formal education). ↳ 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，机械专业 - More than 2 years of design or manufacturing process experience in automotive steering system products (including steering column, steering intermediate shaft, steering gear, etc.) in the automotive industry. ↳ 2. 汽车及相关行业等公司转向系统产品（管柱/ 转向中间轴/ 转向器）2 年及以上设计或工艺制造经验； - Proficient in using design software such as CATIA, SolidWorks and CAD. ↳ 3. 能够熟练使用CATIA 或Solidworks CAD 等设计软件； - Fluent oral English for daily technical communication and customer docking. ↳ 4. 英语口语流利。 - Skilled in Office software; capable of conducting professional technical demonstrations and efficient communication with customers. ↳ 5. 熟练使用Office 办公软件，能够与客户有效的展示与交流。 - Familiar with automotive parts development management systems and core processes including APQP, FMEA, PPAP and other industry standard systems. ↳ 7. 熟悉汽车零部件相关产品的开发流程（APQP/FMEA/PPAP 等）。
