Job Summary: The Technical Support and Design Engineer for Automation will play a crucial role in providing technical support and designing cutting-edge automation solutions. This position requires a strong background in automation engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that revolutionize the industry. Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to our automation products. 2. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design customized automation solutions that meet their needs. 3. Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate technical specifications, and provide recommendations for system improvements or modifications. 4. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures. 5. Perform testing, debugging, and validation of automation systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance. 6. Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers, electrical engineers, and project managers, to execute projects efficiently and achieve customer satisfaction. 7. Stay updated with the latest automation technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our solutions.
任职要求与经验
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in technical support and design within the automation industry. 3. Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, motion control, and industrial robotics. 4. Proficiency in CAD software for designing automation systems (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. 7. Flexibility and willingness to travel globally as required for customer visits or project deployments. 8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Open to travel to multiple locations worldwide 10. Proficient in written & oral English, good command of mandarin/Chinese language will be an added advantage.
