Sales Training Sales Manager
*Company information will be shared with details for shortlisted candidates only Role Responsibilities - Work closely as part of growth team to come up with GTM strategy, build and manage B2C sales team to hit conversion rate targets. - Optimize sales funnel including recruitment, training of new staffs, preparation of scripts, preparation of sales schemes. - Work on affiliate distribution system, optimize publisher recruitment and revenue per publisher. - Manage the team to ensure a great customer experience.
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales. - Proven track record of managing sales team. - Experience managing a telesales team - Able to train and create script for the team - Strong desire to build a unicorn.
