We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Back-Office Operations Administrator to join our crypto trading team in Hong Kong. This role primarily focuses on providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the crypto exchange landscape, including various platforms, order types, and trade settlement processes. Additionally, they should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This position requires close collaboration with the operations team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate trade processing, issue tracking and resolving and timely settlements. Trade Settlement and Reconciliation: - Process trade settlements promptly and accurately. - Conduct regular trade reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies. - Collaborate with trading teams and counterparties to ensure timely resolution of settlement issues. - Maintain accurate records of trade settlements and related documentation. Account Administration: - Assist in the setup and maintenance of client accounts. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in the system. - Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve any account-related inquiries or issues. - Generate reports and statements as required for client accounts. Documentation and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Maintain and update documentation related to back-office operations. - Assist in conducting periodic reviews and audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards. - Support internal and external audits related to back-office operations. Correspondence and Communication: - Handle incoming and outgoing communications related to back-office operations. - Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to address operational queries and resolve issues. - Maintain effective communication channels to ensure smooth flow of information. Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements. - Collaborate with the operations team to implement and streamline operational workflows. - Provide suggestions for system enhancements or automation to improve back-office operations.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in back-office operations within the crypto trading or financial industry. - Strong understanding of the crypto exchange landscape, including platforms, order types, and trade settlement processes. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for trade settlement and documentation management. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the crypto or financial industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English and Proficiency in Mandarin.
