• To lead a highly diversified, positive and energetic team and collaborate with other global design teams. • Plan, organize, staff, coordinate and review programs periodically. • Provide leadership and take ownership of the tasks assigned to the team and engage the team to work together across team/sites. • Coordinate and participate in scrum teams, and drive development. • Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred. • 5+ years Mobile Application Experience with Android development • Knowledge or experience with Android Application development using Java or Kotlin. • Experience/knowledge in mobile application software development tools (e.g. GIT, JIRA, ..), testing, process (Agile, Kanban) and configuration management. • Strong project management skill and people management skills. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
