Your primary responsibilities include: ● Meeting with clients to understand and document their needs and objectives. ● Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals. ● Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion. ● Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables. ● Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation. ● Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure project alignment and success. ● Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving project issues and risks. ● Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. ● Manage project versions, resources, and timelines. Do the performance evaluation for the team, interview candidates. ● Foster a collaborative and innovative project management environment. ● Ensure that projects are completed on time, and within scope.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

● At least 5 years of experience in project management field ● Fluent in English, both written & spoken ● Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. ● Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to relevant teams. ● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ● Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements. ● Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines ● Prefer candidates who have experience working with international customers/projects ● Knowledge of business analysis process and methodologies, software process management and project management ● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
