- Manage the operation team to work smoothly in fulfillment centers. - Design and Improve operation procedure in fulfillment centers . - Take care of issues happened in the fulfillment & delivery process. - Make sure great customer experience in terms of fill rate and on- me delivery rate. - Build excel base operation system and shift them to internal system with our internal tech team step by step.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Experience in similar industry: e-commerce, last mile delivery, supermarket, F&B Supplier - Experience of managing team size of 50+ people/ 300+ fulfillment orders per day. - Native in Vietnamese and Business English. - 3+ years in similar roles. - Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, Eager to learn new things. - Good communication skills, hard and smart working, enthusiasm.
