🚩 Core Responsibilities - Original Script Development — Deeply analyze product selling points for brands the company serves (fashion, beauty, health & wellness, etc.) and write high-conversion, high-engagement short video scripts, including storyboard design. - On-Site Shooting — Independently handle all video shoots; proficient with cameras, phone gimbals, and lighting setups to deliver brand-quality visuals. - Post-Production & Editing — Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. Master pacing, BGM selection, transitions, and effects to ensure content fits TikTok's local aesthetic. - Viral Content Deconstruction — Actively track TikTok trending content, hot BGMs, and competitor activity; quickly recreate and localize trends with fresh angles. - Data-Driven Optimization — Continuously iterate content strategy based on metrics (views, completion rate, conversion rate) to improve account authority and sales performance. 🎯 Key KPIs - Output Volume — Weekly high-quality video output (e.g. 10–15 videos; adjustable based on actual workflow). - Traffic Metrics — Average completion rate, engagement rate, and effective viewer referrals to livestreams. - Conversion Metrics — Video-attributed GMV or click-through conversion rate (CTR). -- 1. 原创脚本策划: 针对公司服务的品牌(服装、美妆、大健康等),深度挖掘产品卖点,撰写高转化、高互动的短视频脚本(包含分镜设计)。 2. 高效拍摄执行: 独立负责短视频的现场拍摄,熟练操作各类摄影器材、手机稳定器、灯光布景,确保画面具有品牌质感。 3. 精修后期剪辑: 熟练使用 CapCut (剪映)、PR 或相关剪辑软件。精准把控视频节奏、BGM、转场及特效,确保视频符合 TikTok 本土审美。 4. 爆款逻辑拆解: 实时追踪 TikTok 热门趋势、热点 BGM 及竞品动态,能够快速“翻拍”并进行本土化创新。 5. 数据复盘优化: 根据视频的播放量、完播率、转化率等数据,持续迭代内容方案,提升账号权重及带货效率。 🎯 关键考核指标 (KPI): - 量化产出: 每周产出高质量短视频数量(如:10-15 条)。不是固定数值,可根据实际工作可调整。 - 流量指标: 视频平均完播率、互动率及有效引流至直播间的人数。 - 转化指标: 视频带货产生的 GMV 或点击转化率(CTR)。
