Technical Team Management - Drive team member growth and elevate overall technical proficiency. - Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality, meeting business objectives. Technical System Development - Includes but is not limited to technical specifications, technical components, continuous integration, and technical metric monitoring. Core Development and Problem Solving - Responsible for R&D of core modules for Web3 wallets. - Resolve technical challenges such as cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization to enhance user experience and application performance. Examples include webview performance optimization and HarmonyOS Next compatibility.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
Technical Capabilities - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of mobile development experience and 2+ years of Flutter development experience. - Fluent in Mandarin - Proficiency in the Dart programming language, with a deep understanding of Flutter's rendering mechanisms and cross-platform development workflows. - Capable of native Android and iOS development. - Familiarity with fundamental blockchain principles. Architecture and Performance Optimization - Experience designing architectures for large-scale mobile applications, capable of independently selecting technologies and building architectures for complex business scenarios. - Expertise in asynchronous programming, network communication, and state management frameworks, with strong performance tuning experience. Team Management and Project Execution - Proven team management experience, capable of leading development teams to solve complex problems and drive project implementation. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including effective requirement decomposition, task allocation, and project progress tracking.
