• Oversee recruitment requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent attraction, sourcing, and selection to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business strategies and adherence to HR policies. • Coordinate recruitment management across subsidiary systems, ensuring efficiency and consistency throughout the process. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements, providing suitable recruitment solutions and assessment methods. • Maintain and regularly update job descriptions and recruitment criteria to ensure relevance and clarity. • Oversee and update the candidate database, actively building and nurturing a pipeline of high-potential talent for future roles, while optimizing recruitment costs and operational efficiency. • Drive employer branding initiatives, participating in events and campaigns to enhance the company's brand visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice. • Develop recruitment forecasts and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields; • Over 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong expertise in the field; • Proven candidate sourcing skills, with the ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates; • Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy; demonstrated ability to work independently in planning and managing projects; • Proficient in database management and data reporting; • Highly proactive, exercises sound judgment, and takes appropriate actions when necessary; • Proficient PC skills for formatting reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.; • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills; • Strong command of English.
