As an Accounts Executive within our Finance Department, your primary responsibility is to accurately input financial data into our computer systems and make reports. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining organized records and ensuring the integrity of our financial information. - Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits. - Accuracy and Verification: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and ensuring accurate output. - Record Keeping: Maintain effective record-keeping practices by organizing files and collecting information for future use. - Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial data with utmost confidentiality. - Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, Finance Manager and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Degree in Finance & Accounts - Familiarity with MS Office and data programs, such as SAP, is a MUST. - 1 - 3 years data entry work experience, ideally as a Data Entry Operator or in Accounts Department, freshers can also apply. - Should be able to speak English. - Basic administrative skills.
