Tổng quan về công việc và trách nhiệm

- Design, develop, and maintain a real-time chat platform integrated into our fintech ecosystem. - Experienced in building backend services that can scaled using Node.js (WebSockets, REST APIs, GraphQL). - Develop modern, responsive frontend interfaces with React.js. - Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are met (especially for financial data). - Experience chat/messaging system is a plus (Group chats, message history, file sharing, push notifications, and user presence. - Develop with DevOps Culture in mind, understanding and maintaining solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, etc.). - Optimize for high availability, low latency, and scalability to support thousands of concurrent users. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver a seamless experience.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Node.js + React.js). - Strong experience with real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io, WebRTC, or similar). - Use message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, or similar) to handle real-time messaging, scaling, and event-driven architecture. - Solid knowledge of AWS cloud architecture (serverless, microservices, CI/CD pipelines). - Have experience with in-app notification system (firebase, aws pinpoint, custom, ...) - Familiarity with databases both SQL and NoSQL. - Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and encryption in realtime apps. - Experience in building secure, high-performance systems for fintech, banking, or similar regulated environments is a plus. - Good understanding of Agile development, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
