- Conduct cost accounting activities, including reporting and analysis, to support decision-making processes. - Build and maintain accurate costing master data to reflect the true cost of manufacturing. - Monitor workshop and departmental expenses, analyze cost trends, and provide insightful metric reports to eliminate waste and improve profitability. - Support cost reduction programs and GLSS saving initiatives by validating cost savings and improving process flows. - Complete mass cost runs, including the yearly CVST mass update, and ensure timely and accurate financial month-end closures. - Organize regular physical inventory checks and provide actionable inventory analysis results. - Drive economic thinking and Decision-Making Framework (DMF) principles across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field. - Over 3 years of proven experience in a costing position, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Proficient in SAP FI and CO modules and advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A degree majoring in Accounting or a closely related subject. - Prior experience in a multinational company, contributing to a global business environment. - Familiarity with systems such as SAP, OneStream, and Power BI. - Curiosity and willingness to explore operational areas and continuously learn new skills. - Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and leadership capabilities.
