1. Strategic Leadership - Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation. - Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively. 2. Product Development Management - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. - Ensure rigorous testing, validation, and customer feedback integration during product development. 3. Team Leadership and Development - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product development team. - Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Set clear KPI goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support. 4. Stakeholder Engagement - Communicate the product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners regarding product-related matters. - Present product updates and performance metrics to the executive team and board of directors. 5. Innovation and Trends - Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and customer behavior. - Promote the adoption of best practices and tools to enhance product development processes.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and user-centered design principles. - 10+ years of experience in product management and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, especially within the technology/fintech industries. - Proficient in English communication. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with data-driven decision-making and proficiency in product analytics tools.
