Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures; Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions; Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries; Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries; Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries; Maintains historical records by filing documents; Prepares financial reports (export from system); Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions; Reviews periodic accounts and supports accounting related issues of other offices; Other tasks assigned by Financial Controller; Review supporting documents and make payment requests in the system; Review Financial Statements from local accountant to ensure the accuracy of the FS.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; +2 years experience in Accounting; Experience with budgeting and financial reporting; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Highly organized, with a focus on attention to detail; Strong organization and problem-solving skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Intermediate - Upper Intermediate level of English (written & spoken).
