- Direct, lead the design and development of our digital commerce platform, and keep enhancmenet of tech stack and frameworks. - Design, optimize and execute an efficient engineering process (tasks allocation strategies, code review policies, etc.) - Ensure maintainability, reliability, and extendability of all components across multiple teams (following scrum/agile approach). - Create strong team collaboration, culture with your leadership and management. - Report to the CTO or COO.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Ideally, 10 - 15 years in total experience in engineering and solution architecture design for complex platform products, especially master with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Elasticsearch, K8s, NoSQL… - Had hands-on experiences being an architect, designing and building ecommerce platforms (B2C or B2B/B2B2C) or similar product. - I have strong technology and solution evaluation capabilities. - Solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, deep focus on quality and documentation. - Knowledgeable of cyber security and data privacy. - Great team spirit and solution-oriented attitude.
