- You’ve worked in media/digital for 2–3 years and still want work in this industry - You’ve got real hands-on experience with performance marketing or digital ad execution - You’re confident with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager - You love numbers, think in data, and can turn chaotic dashboards into clean, client-ready insights - Detail-obsessed, sharp in follow-through, and always 2 steps ahead when managing campaign
