• Analyze first-party data from CRM/PRM systems (Zalo, Adobe platforms) to uncover trends and behaviors. • Optimize CRM segmentation and targeting strategies. • Map and interpret the consumer journey across digital touchpoints. • Deliver campaign performance reviews and consumer experience insights. • Provide strategic recommendations across paid, owned, and earned platforms. • Use GA4 and tag management tools to extract campaign learnings. • Build intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs. • Write Python scripts to clean, transform, and automate data pipelines. • Stay up to date with the latest in digital analytics and CRM technologies.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or campaign reporting. • Proficiency in Python, GA4, and CRM platforms (especially Zalo and Adobe Campaign). • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into business insights. • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
