- Possess knowledge of the essential elements in digital marketing campaigns. - Plan and execute content-driven projects, including but not limited to livestream, co-branding, offline-to-online events, etc. - Collaborate with other functions in ShopeeFood to propose campaigns, screen deals submission, creatives and ensure timely submission to 3rd party channels including but not limited to Google, Meta, etc. for ShopeeFood. - Monitor and generate insights on performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the optimum mix of digital ads, and implement data-driven optimisations for improved results. - Focus on new and innovative ways of user acquisition and engagement through constant testing & refining of new initiatives or new creative formats ie. short videos, reels, etc. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns and understand tracking to accurately measure the importance and impact of digital campaigns.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- 1 - 3 years’ working experience in a fast-paced environment; previous experience in managing online marketing campaigns is preferred. - Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions and collaborations with stakeholders. - Creative and have a keen eye to improve buyer experience through effective content and creatives.
