Strategic Planning Communications Brand Management
- Strategic planning and concept development for key brand campaigns/product launching and activities in the year - Manage cross-functional initiatives that bring positive impacts on brand and business performance - Manage consistent brand communications across all public and customer channels - Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Manage vendor resources and business-as-usual activities of the brand department - Manage UX/UI projects to enhance user experience across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity. - Partner with external agencies and vendors to optimize brand positioning and marketing efforts.

A competitive candidate for this position also possesses: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 3-5 years of experience in similar role - Good communication skills - Ability to drive creative concepts and engaging content. - Proven experience in social media, communication, and promotional events… A customer-oriented mindset with great customer service skills
