- Promote communication between GrabFood and enterprise commercial partners, ensuring experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects flow and promoting long-term relationships. - Manage the onboarding process for new enterprise accounts, ensuring a smooth integration into GrabFood's processes. - Monitor measurements for assigned accounts, including sales volume, order accuracy, delivery efficiency, and customer feedback. - Identify areas for improvement and propose relevant strategies to enhance partner performance. - Collaborate with partners to implement promotional campaigns, menu optimizations, or pricing strategies that align with market demands and our goals. - Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, order inaccuracies, or system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to partners. - Use data analytics to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend proactive measures to improve partner and GrabFood's overall performance. - Represent GrabFood in meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the value of partnership and strengthen collaboration.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tech - Data Science or a related field. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role in the food delivery, e-commerce, agency or F&B industry. - Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving business growth. - Experience researching and generating leads with proficiency in using data to inform decisions and strategies. - Use CRM tools, and other relevant software.
