- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CEO Assistant to support the executive team in managing daily operations & strategic initiatives. - The role involves coordinating projects, conducting research & preparing high-quality reports to inform decision-making. - Responsibilities also include managing the CEO’s schedule, organizing meetings and business trips and acting as the primary communication link between the CEO, internal teams & international clients. In addition, this position ensures project progress is on track, deadlines are met & provides flexible support for tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Languages, IT, or related field - Age & Appearance: Under 27, professional look; unmarried preferred - Young, energetic, hunger for knowledge, and always ready for new challenges - Experience: 2-3 years as an assistant or similar role, ideally in tech or with international clients - Fluent in English (spoken & written); strong listening, speaking, and presentation skills (IELTS 7.5+ preferred) - Excellent time management; independent and proactive - Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and solve problems flexibly - Proficient in MS Office/ Google Workspace; - Candidates with driving skills are preferred
