- Take on the challenges of building Conversational AI/Agent AI solutions for the fintech industry with cutting-edge technologies and Cloud Native services. - Take on the challenges of incorporating GenAI/RAG and OCR/IDP technologies into a fintech product. - Proactively push yourself and others to keep raising the bar. - Tackle the challenging digitization of very complex financial processes and logic. - Design, implement, and maintain secure and stable AI solutions using leading AI technology frameworks. - Align AI use cases with business strategies, key performance indicators, and other metrics. - Work closely with programmers and use relevant APIs to build new applications to run on AI platforms. - Monitor current and future trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - At least 5 years of solid experience with one programming language (multiprocessing, threading, asyncio), preferably Python/ Java. - At least 5 years of experience with designing complex database schemas with SQL/NoSQL and using large-scale data processing tools such as Apache Spark and Hadoop. - Experience in analyzing large data sets and extracting them using big data tools such as SparkSQL, Apache Flink, and GCP/AWS S3. - Intensive knowledge of machine learning models and algorithms by hands-on experience is a must. - Familiarity with cloud-based AI and ML services. - Understanding and experience in implementing strong data security and privacy measures. Familiar with AWS Identity and Access Management, TensorFlow privacy, or Google Secure AI Framework. - Ambition, adaptability, continuous learning, and critical thinking. Motivation to grow high and aim big with your career. - Real scenario application and proof of work. - Fluent in English communication.

- Familiar with AI/ML & OCR technologies (LLM, Textract, Transformer NLP, AWS Bedrock, RAG, LlamaIndex, LlamaParse, Hugging Face, Vertex AI). - Experience with building software on AWS services (S3, EC2, EKS, ECS, CloudFront, etc.). - Familiar with Vector Databases.
