- Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords for our target audience. - Analyze website traffic data and user behavior using SEO tools to understand our strengths and weaknesses. - Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search ranking and website visibility. - Optimize website content for target keywords using on-page SEO best practices. - Manage and improve the website's technical SEO health, ensuring proper crawling and indexation by search engines. - Build high-quality backlinks through link-building outreach and content marketing initiatives. - Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions. - Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates. - Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive SEO strategy. - Prepare weekly reports on SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SEO Manager or related role. - Proven track record of success in increasing organic traffic and website visibility ranking #1 results (international SEO) - Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. - Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush). - Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical audiences. - Analytical mind with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
