Project Planning & Execution - Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and sprint plans - Break down high-level features into actionable tasks with clear deliverables - Ensure all teams understand scope, priorities, and deadlines - Host sprint planning and sprint review meetings to align teams on goals and deliverables - Actively challenge and ask critical questions to the Product Owner to clarify scope, priorities, and assumptions before execution Task & Progress Management - Track daily progress across Design, Art, Dev, and QA teams - Identify risks, blockers, and delays, and proactively resolve them - Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards - Monitor and analyze personnel performance metrics (KPI, efficiency, cycle time median, reopen rate, etc.) Cross-team Coordination - Act as the central point of communication between departments - Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings - Align stakeholders on priorities, scope changes, and delivery expectations - Coordinate and align workflows across departments Process Optimization - Improve workflows, task tracking systems, and team productivity - Maintain and enforce project management tools (Jira, Notion, etc.) - Propose solutions to optimize production efficiency Reporting & Stakeholder Management - Provide regular project updates to leadership - Report progress, risks, and resource needs clearly and proactively - Support decision-making with structured data and insights
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Proficiency in English; - At least one of the following certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) - At least 1 years of experience as a Project Manager; preferably in game development or tech - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong problem-solving mindset with high ownership - Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Ability to work under pressure, proactively solve problems, and manage risks efficiently - Passion for gaming, with a product-oriented mindset and strong focus on player experience
